Access from joining to leaving
People join, change jobs and sometimes lose a card. ChipLogin brings their cards and permissions together in one place and records the changes made.
Set up an employee and issue a card
An administrator creates the employee record, assigns a card and sets up access. Employee lists can be imported from and checked in a preview before saving.
Cards are issued using a reader. Importing an employee list does not transfer a password spreadsheet; sign-in credentials are handled separately.
Role changes, lost cards and leaving
Adjust the required permissions when someone's role changes. Disable a lost card and assign a replacement to the same employee.
When an employee leaves, revoke access in ChipLogin and also address their accounts and open sessions in Windows or other systems. Blocking the card alone does not end an already open session.
An overview of permissions and changes
See people, their cards and permissions for connected computers, machines and doors in one management interface. Find out easily who has access where.
The also captures administrative changes. During a review, you can see who performed a particular action and when.
Benefits and costs for your operation
Assess the benefits based on the number of employees, how often they sign in and the time spent managing access. At the first workstation, you can compare the current process with using a card.
Costs include software, the required cards and readers, deployment and ongoing support. We first check whether existing cards and readers are compatible.
